	Circle of Red In 2007, Kim Hastings became a founding member of the American Heart Association’s local chapter of the “Circle of Red,” which works to raise awareness of heart disease and stroke. Membership in the Circle of Red involves a $5,000 donation to the American Heart Association and a commitment to help raise awareness of heart disease and stroke.
