CJ's Softball Team
In 2007, CJ's softball team took second place in their league with a record of 9-3.

Since 1995, CJ & Associates has held a company kick-off meeting each August. They close for the day and have a meeting that recognizes the accomplishments of their employees. Then they provide lunch and head off to a Brewer's game in the afternoon.
In 2007, Dennis Mueller celebrated 25 years wtih CJ and received a digital camera as a "thank you" for his dedication. Dennis is in the middle with Judy Rudy on his left and Curt Rudy on his right.

To become a member of CJ's President's Club, employees must:
- Meet or exceed annual sales goal(s)
- Achive total dedication to servicing CJ clients
Members receive:
- The title on their business cards
- Their name on the recognition board in the sales conference room
- An individual recognition plaque
- A dedicated parking spot for 1 year
- A dinner honoring all President's Club recipients
